Feist has a way of doing "re-scores". They rescore the game based on yardage, first downs and turnovers; sometimes no adjustments at all; other times fairly sizable. So what team has had the most negative adjstments? The Oakland Raiders, who according to the rescores, should have scored only slightly more than they've given up. Put another way, most conventional Power Ratings may be overrating the Raiders by 5-6 pts. Another team that didn't fare well was New England, who when re-scored, actually should've given up more than they've scored. Maybe this partially accounts for the "soft" line this week vs Buffalo.

That's interesting. Given Feist's reputation though, do you suppose that his rescoring methods produce positive results ATS? And I'm not trying to bash Feist, it just seems to me that his organization is not among the best cappers out there.

They really aren't picks, per se. It looks like it comes from a computer. I think there is some legitimacy to them; we all know that many scores are misleading. This just quantifies how misleading they are.
