Miami+5(5units) Snowball!!!!!!!....I keep hearing Denver has no Film of the dolphins, I havn't found anything about it but ive heard it twice today,This Denver team spotting 5 on the road is alittle wierd,Must be the public perception of Miami the last few years under wannstedt, and we all see the destruction Dave wannstedt is doing with Pitt this year,Miami and 5 is a good play today and ill tell you why, In the opening weeks of the season, the Dolphins have been dominant at home for the better part of the past 12 years. From 1993 to 2002 the Dolphins won all 17 of their regular-season home games in August and September, It's FREAKING HOT!! University of Miami physician Siri Akal said the humidity in Miami can cause football players to lose about 1 liter of water per hour from sweating.
The conditions prevent players from getting the cooling effect from sweating.
Ruddy, who played for the Dolphins from 1994 through 2003, said opposing players at are at distinct disadvantage because they have not spent as many as six hours a day during training camp practicing in the humidity like the Dolphins.''I've always gotten excited because you know they are worried about proper hydration or not cramping up,'' Ruddy said.
``You know it's in the back of their mind, how are they going to make it through?
``They're so tired they can't even chase the ball. Guys look for excuses not to run.''
Ruddy wasn't immune from the humidity either, and had to change his pants during halftime so his quarterback wouldn't have to worry about sweat dripping all over the ball each time he took a snap,,,Some clouds and possibly an isolated thunderstorm this afternoon. High 93F. Winds SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%. Feels Like

.Denver has some question going into todays game, can the defensive line also known as Cleveland west be a improvment this year? i say no,will denver be a good running team...yea but not GREAT,Miami had problems last year againt the run and will be ALOT better,Miami is 29-6 on opening day since 1970 and 11 of the last 13, New coach will have the Fish ready for battle...This will be a close hard fought game and the 5 points look great!..................................................................

Ny Giants-2.5(2 units) Here is a pretty good bet to open the season with, Arizona has alot of injuries to the offensive line ,By the third week of preseason, the team was down to its fourth center after injuries to starter Alex Stepanovich (fractured hand), backup Nick Leckey (ankle) and newcomer Bill Conaty (triceps, lasted two weeks before he went on Injured Reserve). Stepanovich remains a long shot to return for the Sept. 11 opener...Then you have a rookie right guard, Elton Brown. New right tackle Oliver Ross ...In other words the offensive line is a mess and that is not good for Warner as he needs alot of time to pass, Giants will get alot of sacks and hurries and maybe a couple of picks,The Giants come out of the preseason in pretty good condition injury wise, Arizona is a tredy pick this year and like most trendy picks will fall on thier face...................................................................

BENGALS-3.5(2 units) why do the Bengals get to play 5 preseason games? Cleveland has major issues! Rudi Johnson will have a field day, Trent Dilfer? wow!
