Since 2009 season there have been 18 games where the closing line was 3.5 points less for the initial favorite. San Fran opened -7. The favorite like 49ers are 10-7-1 ATS in that situation. Public driving down this line because of Kapernick's inexperience, but I can't for the life of me think of why Jason Campbell has that big of an impact to drive the line down this much??? 49ers at home with strong D with a QB that can make some plays with his feet against Bears pass rush. I like my chances with a manageable number.
