Last Night 2-1 +.80
Bit of a mistake taking Washington late, should have just made the one bet I made earlier (the under) instead of betting the "what if it doesn't go under" play, another lesson learned.

2** 0-1 -2.00
1* 11-6-3 +6.65

2**
Philadelphia -1/2 -150
High line and I don't like taking big favorites but Barber put them through a brutal practice the other day, long and with one water break, it was all business. Wasn't pleased at all the way they were playing and especially their intensity and let them know it, changed the top lines a bit, I look for a full team effort from start to finish and very physical, will miss Tocchet but still hve enough. Florida having a hard time scoring and I don't see Philly giving Bure and Company much room in their end.

1*
St. Louis/Toronto Over 5 1/2 -110
HNC, big night for alot of these players. Combination of Toronto's offense that's been clicking vs. a defense that's got talent but not showing it and a goaltender that has the pressure on him now that he's #1 and showing it. Blues had 43 shots vs. Columbus so they have the offence and Toronto hasn't really faced a good offence since Ottawa and gave up 5 then. Think St. Louis can get 2 and Toronto at least 4.

1*
NYI +150
What can you say, Yashin has been invisible and they still win, can't bet against them til the alarm goes off and they wake up from the dream. Two reasons I like them, like last night for Detroit, Osgood facing his former team with something to prove and Isles on a roll, first game at home and I don't think the'll let up here, should be a sellout. Legacee will be in net and the Wings off an emotional game for their goaltender might have a bit of a letdown but the Wings while winning still don't look that good and having Krupp out doesn't help, tempted to the over but big game so will stay away.

Good luck everyone

Please take note that I SUCK on Saturday's for some reason, biggest night in hockey and just doesn't seem to go my way, so as you read this be careful, and even more if you bet them

Well, NYI couldn't hold numerous leads then gave up another to tie it with 10 seconds left then lost it in overtime.

LA Kings -1 1/2 +125

Either they blow them out or lose, TB plays very well against LA but these guys have the firepower and TB has only 5 goals so far.

Good luck everyone

I know what you mean about Saturdays, Centre Ice. I went 1-3 last Saturday and looking at my results from last year I found that I did VERY poorly on Saturdays. As a result I have decided that unless there is something that REALLY jumps out at me, I am passing on Saturday NHL plays. (Am glad I started this yesterday cuz only 1 of the games I liked would have been a winner.) It is going to take some discipline! With so many games to choose from I feel I can't put the time and detail into looking at everything to make decent plays. I don't like to make more than 3 or 4 plays in any day, and I think it is hard to narrow it to the best 3 or 4 on Saturday's.

Good luck to you.

I think because it's the biggest day of the week and their are so many games you tend to play to many. Your exactly right though, have to keep down the amount of plays, alot of work during the week can evaporate in one day.
