Chicago deep dish. Lou Malnati's in Chicago is probably the most talked about can't say it's the best. Had a few but probably prefer NY thin crust.

Tavern where I fish is all Chicago owned and they have pizza just like that and it's the bomb, the sauce is unreal

This is a Rosatis (Chicago style) thin crust. They opened a store about 21 Mike's from me and I make the drive about once every two weeks.
