That's a $231.00 payoff ..

-minus the 51.00

+280.00 ring a ding eee

any may get lucky and middle that bad boy..

w/NO+1..NO+2...

OR PUSH THE THREE SPOT..

and a shorter but nice pay on then a 5 teamer..

best way to build bankroll..

add money to it that belongs to the books.,.

:0008

cash in hand....:0071

So if you were planning on hedging, why did you add the MNF game in your parlay? You are reducing your payout by hedging.

The correct answer is that you should never hedge unless you think the second bet is a +EV bet. They are not related. They are independent events.

Now if you are just messing around and want to win something for sure, you should hedge. However, you are reducing your advantage.

I say stick to New Orleans, let it roll!!! if anything put a 50 dollar bet on ATL just to cover your parlay but that would be it. This way you dont lose anything no matter what and you got a shot at hitting the BIG BUCKS,,, the whole reason you played the parlay to begin with , GOOD LUCK:0corn

you all are assuming he set the parlay up w/the notion of riding it out.

he has not stated that..

and if he didn't he still shouldn't

thousand upon thousand of rec players set up parlays w/the direct notion of the option to hedge the MNF.

why in the world would a rec player care anything about anything except cashing in a nice GUARENTEED WINNING TICKET.

99 OUT OF 100 lose at this shit..

I think some of you give solid advise IF you were talking to a 2 or 3 grand bankroll player..who have enter into the field with that crazy notion they can actually beat the man.

the same doesn't apply to guys wagering 50.00 parlays lookin' for a hedge when they started out with a max $1,000.00 and more than likely lower bankroll to begin with.

tack 300 beans on a 500.00 bankroll and continue playing..

money in the hand..and hopefully a small % up at the end of that particular sport and it's season.

it is a bantered about subject season after season but IMHO taking away the risk and guarenteing reward is my idea of successfully gambling..

That is the point. If you simply left off the MNF play he would be up more money in the long term.

I agree with your point as I stated about being a recreational player. Take the money. However, that is not really the smart way to wager.

Thanks guys.. I have been going back and forth with this all morning. I have decided to let it ride. I'll grab my bottle of Don Julio and have a fun three hours regardless. My wife was the one who pushed me over the top. She said it's only $50, so let it ride... LMAO

Thanks for the advice..
