I have zero problem losing to a better team and wish Aub. nothing but the best, but I sincerly hope that Fairley has his leg broken next week. Any Aub. fan than can even remotely defend his actions should be ashamed. Dui's, taking money, selling jerseys, and all other off the field things in my opinion do not amount to the same thing as intentionally trying to injure someone. The only thing more disgusting is watching coaches high five him and him be cheered. Like I said I wish the other 80 or so guys nothing but the best and would like to see them win it all if for no other reason than not getting a shot at it their undefeated year, but I hope Fairley goes down and do not feel a bit bad about saying it.

Fairly burying his head in the chest on QB tackles should be fined and penalized.

But in the replay on Murray Fairly went out of his way for his helmet to make contact with the Georgia QBs knee.

It was intentional and he meant to hurt the guy.

There is no room in college football for that

Get him to the NFL as fast as possible where we appreciate the players hurting ppl.

Sorry for your lost.

Oh there was never a doubt in my mind that at least three on here would see nothing wrong with what he did, that was evident by the previous weeks post. Congrats on your win, but if you encourage and or endorse his actions yesterday you are a miserable human.

I agree that Fairley is dead wrong for driving a qb into the ground to obviously cause injury. I ask the same thing each week? Why and the hell does the ref not throw a flag on that:shrug:
til that happens, the guy is just going to keep doing it. The SEC officating has as much to do with it as he does and I am an Auburn fan.
By the way, the kid you guys have at qb is going to be another Stafford as he showed a hell of alot of poise. :toast:

I agree that his play is sometimes excessive, I guess everyone overlooked the chop block and about 4 lineman intentionally falling on him at the end of the game. I don't think it's right to try and hurt someone but I didn't see UGA being angels either.

No doubt. His coaches and most fans (see phenom and company) seem to be fine with it, and the refs dont have the guts to eject him when they do throw the flag so why would he stop. Im just glad there is at least one Auburn fan out there not blinded by their fanship. With the exception of one I wish yall the best next week:0074

Thanks Buddy, I do try to keep things real as I am old school and enjoy a clean hit, but.......SEC officiating was "suppose" to have cleaned up there act after last year. I have enjoyed the physicality of SEC play over the years, but.......not cheap ass shots. Fairley is a hell of a player, but, he would have been ejected and fined for the head shot to the back of a defenseless qb in the NFL.
On a side note: Mike SLive was suppose to clean up the SEC and i think it is obvious to all that he is becoming a joke. Just my take.... :toast:

................................................................

He is going to be twice as good as Stafford ever hoped to be.

He already has doubled Staffords Freshman stats.

Stafford is a pussywhip. Collected his 45 million dollar contract and tanked with shoulder injurys.

He will never be a elite QB in the NFL .

Party time player with no motivation or need to succeed beyond what he has. Hanger on millionaire.

I just saw a replay of Fairley's hit on Murray and that was terrible... The officiating in that game was horrible to say the least... There was a pass interference call on UGA on a 3rd down that aided Aub on a drive that made the score 21-14... That was a terrible call and everyone I watched the game with, including some big Auburn fans, said that was terrible... the UGA defender stepped up on a pass that Cam put just a little too far in front of his WR... didn't affect the WR in any way other than they bumped into each other as the defender was about to intercept the ball... I'm not saying that Auburn wouldn't have ended up winning and that UGA would've gone down the field and scored... but I do know UGA had all the momentum at that point and if they would've gone up 28-7 it would have been a very difficult task to come back and win

There are many calls in a game that people can nitpick. If AJ doesn't push off on the TD that made it 21-7 maybe UGA never goes up 21-7.

I find it funny that anyone who watched the game is saying that Auburn is the one with the problem. I don't agree on the hit in the back but Georgia played that whole damn game dirty. I watched several late hits, linemen falling on Fairley, the attempted chop blocks. They were trying to take him out for half the damn game.
