light snow came and went this morning. we are going to get low/mid 40's throughout the game. heres the thing, for those with "wind" theories... the wind will be on and off. point being, when its on, it will be swirling.
i dont believe these conditions are foreign to either no. midwestern teams.
i think ball control, ball ground control will be stressed on the no. il side. as the line indicates, expect a no. il lead and the ground game to control the clock. FG's are going to be "iffy" when the wind is on. so, long fields may become very much part of game strategy.
