No Line Movement

Anybody else wondering why these lines have not moved even though everyone seems to be on the favorite?

Cincy -7 98% onCincy
NO -3.5 97% on NO
Dallas -3.5 90% on Dallas
Seattle -2.5 92% on Seattle
Indy -7 85% on Indy
Chicago -12 83% on Chicago

Every one of those lines is inflated from where it needs to be (according to Sagarin rankings) except for Seattle, which appears to be 2.5 points lower. The books appear to be comfortable with their odds.
