Dammit, and I thought March was going to be awesome, and now I come to find out Hedgehog has "left the building".....dammit😭
Also Hedgehog has no idea what the word narcissistic means, and he still can't figure out that I or Smitty (and others) are not a liberal. But on the plus side he once again responded by answering questions directly posted to him, and he remains consistent by backing up all his posts with evidence and facts that can not be disputed. We must respect him for that, and of course we must learn from him.

Alright in absentia Hedgehog finally confirmed that he would be totally fine with Obama saying the above. As we all know if you ask Hedgehog a question he always responds, and this case is no different. He just responded in white font and none of us could see his post.

Ok this is getting good.....Hedgehog educating us on the English language and what particular words mean, things are looking up. March does have hope to be the best month ever.
Now maybe Hedgehog will finally respond to the thousand of posts on here where he's asked to supply evidence and facts, yep it could happen.

And I have nothing else to do, the asian porn thread is all up to date, so yep, nothing to do on that front. If you have some suggestions on anything else I can do I am open to that. But until that time I will continue to contribute nothing and just wait for Cricket and Hedgehog news updates.
Morris, my dear neighbor, I normally hate speaking for others, but I feel comfortable saying that several of us on here would LOVE to have a reasonable conversation about the many issues facing this country. Unfortunately, those on one side of the political spectrum have nothing to add but lies, opinions, and insults. Have you noticed that every single time we ask Hedgehog or Cricket to provide facts to back up their statements, they either disappear, link to some conspiracy theory, or call Biden corrupt, racist, and/or sleepy? As the quote goes, you can have your own opinions, but you can't have your own facts.
I asked repeatedly for the Republican voters here to name one single Republican policy that would actually help the working class. They couldn't name a single one. We can extend that by asking for one single Republican policy that would actually move this country FORWARD.
I'll say it again... I'm registered Independent. I don't vote for the letter next to the candidate. I vote for who I think is the best candidate. I've voted many times for our local Republican leadership. We absolutely need 2 strong parties to represent the people. Overall, I think Democrats have much better policies, but the problem has always been paying for them. With a reasonable Republican party, there can be bipartisan solutions. "This is a great idea, and here's how we can pay for it."
As far as policies go, Republicans seem to have ceded that ground to Democrats. They don't even try to come up with good policy any more. Because they know their base will vote for them no matter what. That's why debates are becoming useless.
As far as the presidential race... we have two old men. One has been gaffe-prone his entire life. But he has dedicated his life to public service. The other has been a con man his entire life and relied on an army of lawyers to keep him out of trouble. He has cared about nothing other than himself. Once he realized that Democrats had no interest in his nonsense, but Republicans were ok with his racism, he switched parties. He's unfit to be a local Dogcatcher, much less Commander-in-Chief. By last count, 16 of his former Cabinet members have said he is unfit for office. Think about that. SIXTEEN!! Not one or two. Sixteen. And, as I keep bringing up, he called US Servicemembers who died for this country "suckers" and "losers." The man does not belong anywhere near the Oval Office.
Back to the original topic... Is kickserv over the top? Of course he is. This is his way of pointing out the absurdity of supporting donald trump. His supporters have zero actual facts to back up their opinions. They are repeatedly lied to and they accept the lies with no critical thinking. And when they repeat the lies here, and get called out on it, they have nothing to back them up.
We need the Republican party to return to sanity so we can get back to having real debates over policy. Absent that, both sides will just become more and more extreme, and this experiment in Democracy is going to fail. Nobody can defeat the United States except the United States.

Morris, this is exactly what I'm talking about. Someone who wants this country to work together to move forward gets comments like this. This is where we're at. And why it's seemingly impossible to have a civil conversation. Certain people are incapable of doing so.

Morris only post in this forum to attack me (every post he makes just attacks me, nothing about anybody else) for being useless and a non contributor, and it has motivated me to do better. Perhaps Morris can ask Hedgehog to back his claims that Obama kills people in movie theatres, the last elections was rigged, Covid is not real, and Bill Clinton is a pedophile.
Cricket and Hedgehog never respond, they just ignore and post bullshit and lies, you ask them to back up their claims, and they never do. Maybe Morris is the key? He asked me questions, I responded, he asked me to do better, and I did. He asked me to contribute and I think I did. So maybe, just maybe Morris can be THE ULTIMATE CONTRIBUTOR and get Hedgehog and Cricket to respond with facts and evidence? I think it might work?
