Thanks for the nice comments about the ESPN appearance. I still have not seen it -- been way too busy with lots of activities. But, I hope it prompted some interest in Stu Ungar's life and the forthcoming book. By the way, I'm considering re-titling the book to: "ACE-HIGH: The Stu Ungar Story"
Reason is -- "Behind the Shades" is alredy taken as a title to one of the many Bob Dylan bios. Anyways, I wanted to announce it hear first.
As for the other points --
1. I do not play in tournaments. I realize this is shocking to some people, since I do so much to promote them, but if you are seriously in this to make money, tourmaments are not the way to go.
2. I have always had mized emotions about Phil Hellmuth. On one hand he is very good for the game, in the sense he provides controversy (controversy is good). However, I find his self-absorbtion to be almost pathological. On the other hand, he grabbed me and hugged me when he won his ninth bracelet, because he heard I had predicted he would win that event on the broadcast (I had hoped he would not hear the comment, but he did). So, he is capable of great emotion and can be a riot to watch.
3. Don't ask me what I think of his poker book.
