Oh man. I needed that. So good. Btw - I was going nuts when he got sacked. What a fucking terrible decision.
Got to love the holding call on 3rd though - classic Pats.

I couldn't afford him anymore. He makes good money and is too busy anyway.

He has a valid point, though. How is it a PROFESSIONAL coordinator makes that dumb of a call in that situation?

How is it that so often these guys just aren't situationally aware? In that spot you just want to avoid a turnover, keep the clock moving and not take a sack yet he calls a play that puts not one but all those options on the table.

Wouldn't it have been OK to just kneel on the ball on second and third down then kick the FG and win a Super Bowl? Sure, he could have missed the FG, but I'll take that chance every time over dropping back to pass in that spot.

Just stupid, so so stupid.

just watched the 2nd half again..

it is incomprehensible how an OC and head coach could butcher down and distance in regards to time and score..

plain and simple they literally between the two of them lost the game.

Would have liked to be a fly on the wall when the two of them had to face the entire team after the the two of them gave game away..

Coaching in the in the biggest game in franchise history and not prepared for 90 seconds of decision making to guarantee a Super Bowl Championship ..

maybe the biggest gaffe in the history of the NFL..

even bigger than Seattle sitting at the 1 yard line w/ 2nd down thus 2 plays to go 36'' and win back to back Super Bowls...I instead once again coaching staff tries to out think the room..

Gift wrapped again....

Victory Lane
that was funny and so true

When Freeman came to the Falcons one of the knocks on him was that he didnt, couldnt, wouldnt block linebackers and tight ends when needed.

So its 3thrd and one in the fourth quarter.

Play starts and # 54 with NE end rushs and Freeman totally waves at the guy .

NE players slams into Ryan and he fumbles. NE ball. Touchdown.

thanks Freeman
