nj,

i don't know about nomar's habits. it seems many batters have wierd batting habits before they gret into the box.

whats more important.

i read that the eagles are not going to blitz as much as they used to because of their inexperienced cb's.

do you think that they will be alright or is it a concern for the eagles ?

have the papers talked about this as a concern on the eagles part ?

no talk about less blitzing
some talk about inexperience at corner back
I think zero concern
19-0 SB champs

:iagree: :)

Actually, only thing I heard about less blitz might be that the combination of Kearse at LE and the absense of Vincent and Taylor might limit Dawkins' ability to cheat in on plays and safety blitz. A good push is expected by Kearse, and Dawkins will stay back to patrol.

19-0 and a win in Jax sounds about right to me too :spotting:

As for the actual topic of this thread, Nomar reminds me of how Sergio Garcia used to be. Some much going on before he was ready to swing. Can be tough to watch.

Clint Hurdle used to have something like 30 motions each pitch before he was ready to bat. :) Don't know how many Nomar has. Yes , it does get old.

initial reaction to nomar as a cub from a cubs fan point of view:

"I don't plan to listen to any more Cubs games on the radio, because if Ron Santo has to call a ground ball that gets flipped from Garciaparra to Grudzielanek, his tounge may explode."
