I don't even know what to say. Patience, I guess. Because besides playing poker at the "Dust" or Luxor, Phil Steele was the only sure thing I knew. Maybe not always in the "short term" but in the "long term" Mr. Steele was the only honest handicapper that was a consistant winner for the last 18+ years.

My question to you all is this.... is it time to jump ship or is it time to find a better service?

I know we all think we are good/great handicappers on our own. But the reality of the situation is that most of us have full time jobs that don't allow us to put as much time into it as Mr. Steele. For me, over the years, he has always put me into a few winners and gotten me off a few losers.

But I ask again, is it time to jump?

if ur into using a service-i think u have a good one in mr. steele and northcoast! remember its still early and he has alot of time to make a nice chunk of change! now if u jump ship-u might get hurt in the long run. if he doesnt get better during remainder of season-then maybe next year it might be time to change! gl

What???

What???

Not sure I understand why you would bail on Northcoast since they hit their 5* today on Arizona State??? But anyway my opinoin is they are a solid service that will win you money overall.

Go on record

Go on record

I want to say that right or wrong I will ride Phil Steele for the duration. He is 6-3 in the NFL the past three weeks.

I am venting BIG TIME.

I sure hope he goes 3-0 today.

Let me predict his three plays....(that is one thing I find slightly shady about Northcoast is that he ALWAY has three plays on Sunday (not 2 or 3 but ALWAYS 3). BUT anyway my "guesses" are.........

if you look at Steele's college late phones record over the last 3 years, he has lost, and I think relatively substantially. this year, he is getting crushed in college football.

his pro judgment and picks still seem sound, but I would hesitate assuming his college picks will bounce back, because he refuses to see that "name programs" can go into the crapper or at least have down years, and he almost blindly seems to play single-digit home favorites (which have been a big loser this year).

his information in football is still top-notch, but his college analysis and judgment is severely lacking this year and in the recent past. I'd like to see how he measures up to others over recent history, instead of the BS he continually spews about "over 10 years" blah blah blah.

I do not think Steele wins people money with his late phones, but his information can win you money.
