Like the Nats again tonight..Lannan pitches well almost every time out...Nats have an entirely new look right now..got rid of a couple of head cases in Laduca and Perez...pen is solid..Rockies aren't what they were last year..Del La Rosa can be terrible (and once in awhile brilliant)..but more times bad than good..pitching edge both starter and pen goes to the lowly Nats...Nats making up for a terrible season right now...Nats 8 Col 5.

Like the Fish over the Phils..this is a tough one...Johnson is a very good pitcher...Phils great lineup..but think good pitching beats good hittingin this one...Fish 5 Phils 4

Like the Dodges as a small fav...Blllingsley good starter..Carpenter on pitch count..if they don't get to Carpenter, they'll nail the Cards lousy pen...Dodgers 6 Card 4.

Indians over the Rays--Jackson pretty average again..Carmona can be dominate..think the time off will serve him well and they shut the Rays down like they did last night...Cleve 5 Rays 3

Like this card more than first appeared..if you stay away from the heavy favs which I don't like or trust nor enjoy watching (Boston, Yanks, Mets, Ariz)...so I like the Mariners tonight...I've always thought Dickey has great stuff...a sinker from a 6'9" guy that drops a foot...don't understand why he can't win...Twins starter is a real good pitcher with good stuff..not great, good...he's been on for weeks and that's to his credit..but he is not dominate by any means...watched the Mariners this weekend..they have a utilitarian lineup meaning they have enough good hitters to string together some runs..like Riggleman as the manager..he won't let them loaf....Twins slightly overpriced right now as is their starter (can't remember his name at the moment but seen him pitch many times)...Seattle 6 Twins 3...

and one more to round the evening out

Like the under 10 in the Os/Angels game...Garland can and will shut down the Os potent lineup...Os can hit good pitching but Garland has stuff that is one step above the type of pitching the Os nail..Angels could kill the rookie but something tells me they don't..that this ends up being a low scoring affair with a score of 5-3, most likely the Angels...or mayb 4-2...Garland goes a strong 7 and the Angles pen nails the door...Os keep the game close throughout.
