Pitt did not make a first down on the fake punt. It should have been a turn over on downs. His foot was clearly out of bounds and the ball was short of the marker. Blown replay in my opinion.

Sorry Cornlover but i didn't see the same thing as you saw. According to me, when he was out of bounds, the ball was right on the red mark so the call was good. No evidence of the opposite as the ref said but hey, i'm a Steelers fan
Doesn't really matter to me. I think if the Titans can stop the stupid penalties and turn overs they will win the game. The 3 pts won't be the determining factor in the game (IMHO). I thought the ball was a good 2 feet short.

I dont understand the call, I thought once you were out of bounds thats where the ball should be spotted. Lets say you go out of bounds at the 1 but reach over the goal line I dont think you would get a touchdown. Maybe I am wrong about this.
If the ball crossed the goal line and then you stepped out at the 1, it would be a TD. The ball should be spotted where the ball was when you stepped out of bounds.

i thought it was pretty close....looked like he was fully extended when he stepped out and he was about 2 feet in front of the marker when he went down.....very close....couldda gone either way....ref was right on it though so that means that it was probably wrong.....lol
