In case you're trying to find that catchy "Leafs Stink" song it's here at an Ottawa radio station.

http://www.team1200.com/

I kinda like the babe sporting the "Leafs Stink" shirt too, although "Leafs Suck" is just as fashionable.

I'm looking for a PIM prop for this game. If it gets away on TOR look for a melee.

I'll probably also grab. OTT -1.5 and over 4.5 for small plays.

Putting more resources into MLB now.

Must say I have to agree that Ottawa takes this one. Toronto is way too banged up to pull this one out. All incentive aside (hit on Tucker), Ottawa is at home at will jump on them early. I see Ottawa taking an early lead and toronto losing their cool. Look for a free for all fight frenzy with Ottawa winning by at least 2 goals. Line I got was Ottawa -220.

Good luck and I loved the song. Thanks!

I think this is a game to avoid putting too much cash on.

I agree with TTM, this game will have a completely different complexion if TOR can score first or keep a low scoring game tied.

If OTT gets ahead by 2 goals and have a 2 goal lead going into the third TOR will begin to melt down. OTT will be unflappable in this situation and the ref's will step all over TOR.

TOR is just way out classed by the OTT squad. Mats adds more than skill to TOR, he adds class, sensibility, and a determination that others on the team incorrectly mimic with aggression.

TOR cannot win with superior skill, but they have a chance with desperate defensive hockey and a lucky bounce.

I must admit it would sure be nice to see TOR go away. I'm getting a little tired of the Toronto dominated Canadian media pissing and moaning about every little minutia of the TOR games. You would think that the entire NHL had nothing better to do than conspire against the heroic Leafs.

OTT has the best Canadian chance of advancing to the finals. Toronto would only embarrass us.

what an opening period....!!!

5 minute major changed the WHOLE complexity of the first period ????

just some thoughts:

hmmmm..CHARA must be hurtin more than people thought.

and i don't think losing Ricard Persson for ottawa should hurt them TOO much.

roberts' line...??? awesome...!!!

hopefully MOGILNY will finally wake up and score one that will matter....

let's enoy the rest of the game folks...!!

No offence TTM but the Leafs will embarrass Canada if they end up representing Canada in a final.

They will be swept unceremoniously under the carpet by Detroit.

They may well win this series by means that I stated earlier in this thread, but make no mistake they are not even close to the better team.

I should add, that the rest of Canada will now be required to endure more self important chest thumping by all of the Torontocentric media outlets. It gets so tiresome listening to sports radio shows completely devoted to whether Cujo will be resigned, or is Tucker dirty or just gritty.

How about Harry Neal, and Don Cherry they're putting me off my steak and beer. The only on air guy at CBC not wearing Maple Leaf underwear on his head is Ron Maclean.

I've played on and against teams like Toronto. When you're on the team or cheering for them they are miracle workers gutting out the tough win.

When you play against them they are just another bunch of mouthy chippy dirty under skilled players who annoy the hell out of you by skating away with your trophy.

Hmmm.

Do I sound a little bitter,......

Those damn North shore Predators had no business beating us back in 98!,... bunch of,.... *&##$@!

Uh oh, back to therapy.

ALLWRONG,

FWIW I respect your opinion, we both know that no matter who comes out from the East will be defeated by the West.

But I disagree with your statement that the Red Wings would sweep the Leafs. I firmly believe the Leafs would give the Dead Things a run for their money...While Ottawa would just be outclassed, to Beat Detroit you need grinders, hitters, chippers, and determination like the Canucks had and they almost achieved their goal.

Whatever happens, I know where I will be during game seven...

Good Luck

Now that I finally got the BBQ in high gear there's no stopping me, next game will be some nice BC Sockeye with Jack Daniels sauce. mmmmmm! add a bit of Sleemans Lager.
Perfection.

As long as a Canadian team makes it to the finals we will all be cheering together.

:)
