Notre Dame (+165)

USC put a whipping on Notre Dame this past weekend and I belive that affected the linemakers decision to place Notre Dame as an Underdog.

I believe the wrong team is favored here and I am all over that moneyline.

southeastern MA.
BC looked pathetic vs. Syracuse last week. Probably distracted by the announcement they were moving to ACC. BC needs this game to keep their string of bowl invitations alive. Should be a great game and will probably decided in the last seconds or OT.

i almost think it would be a better play to take the points in this game. i usually agree and play money line with a spread like this. We know notre dame isnt capable of blowing them away, but i think it will be close throughout the whole game. i dont see either team winning by more than TD. Thats why i think the points are a better bet.

ALWAYS bet against BC on the road (especially in tougher environments like the Carrier Dome)

ALWAYS bet on them at home in morning games, especially in games that they are going to be up for in a big way (this did burn me vs. Miami already this season).

I am not sure what the exact stats are, but I know it is around or better than 70% for each of the above rules.

This looks like a trap, and probably is. BC should cover at home, and the book is not going to have ANY trouble getting money to fall on Notre Dame, they never do. If anything, the book would need a closer line to get $ on BC after being humiliated at the Cuse this last weekend.

As far as the actual matchup, I like the OVER. ND should have success running the ball, and BC should be able to take advantage of the ND defense that I feel is still overrated from last years squad!

You are very right about where the money is coming in. As for ND, they will run the ball down BC's throat but BC will move the ball on ND. I think the loss of Goolsby at MLB has hurt the Irish more than people expected. He would shore up the D nicely and then maybe they would not be as overrated.
