no team this year has beat the holy boys by 2 scores. USC has played a weak defensive group of Pac 10 wimps. Willingham has played against USC in the past, so he is not in unfamiliar territory.fwiw

Joe think your right, besides K-State Usc has not seen a defense with the speed that the irish have. 11 is a big number to cover in a game that should be low scoring.

With the way Carson Palmer has been playing lately I would be very wary of going against USC at home. Everyone was saying beware UCLA at home, all Palmer did was throw 4 scores, no picks and crush a tough UCLA team. In his last five games, Palmer has thrown for 1,581 yards and 19 touchdowns. My play is on USC here.

Reading my mind. Willingham very familiar with PAC 10. I think he has his team ready, but have not pulled the trigger as of yet.
I will be sitting tight pending outcome of a certain game. At present have more than enough on the table. GL with what you do.

Not an Irish fan by any means. In fact, I hope the Trojans embarrass the hell out of the Irish tonite. But I also don't understand the DD line here. Palmer has been outstanding, and Chow has his horses running on all cylinders, but they're playing in Pac10 where passing D is probably the weakest in all of the major conferences. Lou Holtz used to say that when you're on the road, you bring your kickers and you bring your D. The Irish have both this year. Just can't see a DD cover here by the Trojans.

JMHO.
