Only teams with a clue for a GM are Heat, Celts, Mavs, Pacers, Hawks, Griz, Blazers, OKC and Spurs, the rest are all financial experts with some what of an idea of how to evaluate a player, but no idea how to pick a player apart, ala, 76ers, Rockets, Kings, Nuggetts, Suns, Charlotte, Kings and Lakers (Kupchak has lost his mojo).
