it is, but if the total i bet is 7½. which way it's going to move when there is a roster chance ? yesterday it went to 8½ so my take is people were excepting runs and i was supposed to be on the right side of the line move. i have never seen, while tracking this i mean, line going under 7 first being 7½. usually total goes up.

shortly, total going down happens so rarely against this system that i just ignore pitcher/roster chances because i don't have knowledge to estimate the effect.
