"the bunker"
party over country....

?We are pleased to inform you that the keynote speakers at the ?Stop Iran. Now!? Rally are confirmed to be Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Governor Sarah Palin and Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel,? read an e-mail from a leader of a Jewish group planning the event.

But the curtain came down on the comedy sketch-turned-reality before the duo ever hit the stage: Clinton officials soon said they had not been told Palin would be on hand ? and that her presence, which made the event a political one, would mean the absence of the New York senator.
The McCain-Palin campaign has not yet said whether Palin herself will still be attending the event, but released a statement criticizing Clinton?s withdrawal. ?Governor Palin believes that the danger of a nuclear Iran is greater than party or politics,? said spokeswoman Tracey Schmitt. ?She hopes that all parties can rally together in opposition to this grave threat.?

""The Obama campaign in turn offered to send Congressman Robert Wexler of Florida to the event, but the appearance that the non-partisan group was aligning with the Republican ticket put the group and its president, Malcolm Hoenlein, under heavy pressure from Jewish Democrats, including members of the conference, members of Congress, and the liberal group J Street, not to give Palin a platform, sources said. Hoenlein told the McCain campaign that he would have to rescind Palin?s invitation or cancel the rally.
The organizers, I?m told, have formally disinvited all elected and political officials, but the move was about Palin""....

really disgusting...they were afraid to share a stage with palin?....it was not a partisan rally....thats what the dems wanted ....having palin there would have made it bi-partisan...

when both parties join together to voice a united opinion against ahmadinejhad, thats bi-partisanship...

whats this prove?...the democrats are far more eager to "work with" america's enemies than to work with republicans.....

i wasn`t much of a mccain guy, but, the more i read, the more i want to see obama bite the dust...

cowards...

apologies to the anti-semites on the board..i had to link up to some "joo sites" because it was a jewish sponsored rally to show support for a non-nuclear iran and in response to ahmadinejhad`s visit to the u.n. next week...

the msm will try and put some spin on this so obama and clinton don`t look incredibly partisan...which is exactly what they were...

I can see why you originally didn't want to post your sources.

last year the gop and dems both both spoke without any sort of crisis.....

this year the rally would have gotten much more coverage, but the organizers decided to give up the coverage to placate obama....
the very same obama whose church lauds farrakhan....

obama figures,"f*ck the joos - they`ll vote for us anyway."...

hopefully some of them will wake up to the fact that obama could give 2 shits about them...

funny, how things were just fine when it was only hillary attending..

shut down opposing viewpoints whenever possible..

...stop posting moronic, vague proclamations and put your money where your mouth is ...for a change...

lol- 'for a change.' I don't think there are many on here that have spent as much time and effort over they years expressing my opinion on any number of topics. Most of the time there is understandably no rebuttal, but i'll keep on keeping on.

I don't feel like writing a long post on this total non-issue. I'll leave that to you, if that's ok.

As far as 'arthritis', I have no desire to run around googling sources of your totally partisan 'article.' Just post the link the first time and everything will be just fine.

Also, does your post above also apply to Wayne in the other recent thread where he had a short post telling someone 'you can't be serious' in reference to some other posters liberal source? Oh, I see.

let me see if I have this straight. Some no nukes for Iran rally organizers disinvite Palin after Hillary says she she won't show due to the rally being politicized by the presences of Palin. And this is what the Weas comes away with,

"obama figures,"f*ck the joos - they`ll vote for us anyway."..."

Makes perfect sense to me. Some people have a funny way of "connecting" the dots. I guess that is why the nice men in white coats come and take them away to the funny farm.

He hasn't been right since his whole 'school bus terrorist' theory didn't pan out.

Plus, oxygen can get a little scarce in underground bunkers.

so,lets get this straight...it`s not political when the democrat who got more votes than any political figure shows up witout republican representation....

but,it turns partisan and political when the republican v.p. accepts an invitation?.....so they pressure liberal jewish groups to disinvite her....to a function that is totally non-partisan and in the national interest.......

let me ask the radical lefty obamatons.....how is that "unite the country"(it`s just another disingenuous democrat slogan from this anti-american phony who`s never reached across the aisle) thing working out?....

and those stupid, indoctrinated liberal jews continue to run interference for the socialist "farakhan and rev wright" loving phony obama....

mccain got it exactly right...

"Governor Palin was pleased to accept an invitation to address this rally and show her resolve on this grave national security issue, regrettably that invitation has since been withdrawn under pressure from Democratic partisans. We stand shoulder to shoulder with Republicans, Democrats and independents alike to oppose Ahmadinejad?s goal of a nuclear armed Iran. Senator Obama?s campaign had the opportunity to join us. Senator Obama chose politics rather than the national interest."...

here`s a message for you guys....we`re on to you....we know the chicago political extortion tactics.....and we know that "unity" is a code word for "crush dissent".....

and regardless of the outcome in november,we`re gonna be on your asses...

republicans are America's enemies. The Jews setup this up because they want America to go to war against Iran. So American kids can die in a war for Israel, so American dollars can pay for another war. Why are there no Israeli soldiers in Iraq? Since Israel is such a good ally? Israel was behind suppling weapons to Georgia before Georgia attacked Ossetia.

We had 8 years of no talking, do we need more? If it came down to your son dying or talking things out, which would you choose?

Why are people so stupid? If it has to do with politicians, it's political. It's not our in national interest, it's in Israel's national interest, why are Israel's enemies our's? So what if Iran didn't want to sign over their oil to the US, get over it. Israel has mettled in our affairs too much. If they want to bomb Iran go ahead. This will send the US economy well into the ssshhitter, the kill shot to the economy. This will turn the US against Israel for good.
