I'm still reeling from my pathetic call on W&M a couple weeks back. But anyhow im laying the points with ODU. Georgia State has been a sleepier for years (ATS) but im not bothered!!! Bottom line is ODU must WIN tonight. Now I know supposing to do so - and doing so are quite different. The recent losses to JMU and GMU last weekend on the road have really taken its toll on this team. While some would argue the Monarchs moral is low I completely disagree. The Monarchs realize that a loss here would really do damage to there conference standing and ego. Georgia State plays damn good at home and it was no shocker when the Panthers slayed the Monarchs over a month ago. Any real CAA fan knows ODU favored on the road hardly pays. It has been a rough start to the ODU season I will admit that. But tonight is exactly what the Monarchs need to get back on track. Seeing how this game will be televised I look for the ODU faithful to pack the place in attendance tonight. Look for ODU to deliver a much need solid effort and cover. Beating up on Georgia State is exactly what the Monarchs need to carry them into there rival game this weekend against VCU. Anyhow Coach Taylor has had this one circled for over a month and you best believe the Monarchs smell blood in the water. Im laying it tonight. GO ODU!

All week Coach Taylor has emphasized the importance of first half play. It will come as no shock to me when the Monarchs jump out early. I mean BIG EARLY. From "start to finish" is the plan the Monarchs will execute tonight. The ODU team and fans are really reering to lay the wood to someone- and it just so happens to be Georgia State. While questions arise about how can I dare lay that many points against an oponent who already won prior to this meeting? Not only is this a revenge/situational matchup favoring ODU but when Vegas set the line it only confirmed my suspicions.
