Then that's probably your banking center through the gift card having a pre-block on the transaction.

My suggestion? Goto www.netspend.com, search for the closest store for Visa ALL-Access card.

Cost $9.95 up front
Cost $2.00 to load
Cost $4.95 if you have to buy a reload pack and cant just load it.(This is an either/or, not both $2&$4.95)
Cost 1$ for the online transaction.

Another option is to pay I believe another $9.95 per month and all fees are waived.

I've NEVER had my Visa ALL-ACCESS Card rejected, ANYWHERE.

You have to understand that "Visa gift card" is a broad statment. Certain Visa gift cards work. It depends on what brand. The best option you have is the Visa netspend RELOADABLE. Keep in mind that you can;t fund online with it until you receive the card in your name. This is after you register it and it will come in the mail. If the book says they accept VISA gift card, this will work. Again, it is a sore topic, so call the book.

I use rushcard its a visa that you can load money onto usually at Wal-Mart I think its 3.50 to load money and then a 1.00 when you make a purchase but its still a lot less than using western union the website is rushcard.com

Can some get me some more information on these questions please.

1. Do you have to provide your name and address etc. to activate either the Visa All Access Card or the Rush Card?

2. What is the max amount you can put on either one of these card?

Thank You

FYI, Visa All Access Gift Card will not work unless it's a reloadable card. This is started to become a big hassle. Any opinions on other options?

What are the charges on the reloadable?
Would you say it's better than WU or Mgram?

Wayyyyyyyy better.

If you can find a store like I have here in my hometown that can reload it for you without having to buy a reload pack, it's only 2$, plus 1$ for the transaction online(they don't charge you at the store, netspend does when you use it). If you have to buy a reload pack, its I think $4.95 plus the 1$ transaction.
