I deposit into netteller then use neteller to put into any account i want, its sorta like the middle man, if you dont say.. 5 dimes charges $15 for a neteller transaction, is that common?

Try BetJamaica.....they are the absolute best. What I did was open a special bank account for this purpose.....linked it to Neteller and then when I make a deposit at BetJamaica, I click Neteller InstaCash and then Neteller draws the funds right from that account.
