Offshore Parlay ?

Okay, I have a buddy who wants to play small parlays and teasers in hoops, but wants a book where he can play $2.00 and up parlays. He is going to deposit around $300, but I really am not familiar with any book that will take $2.00 parlays. Anyone know if any of the books listed on this site have such an option? The books that I use seem to have a $5.00 minimum play on both parlays and teasers.

5dimes allows down to 1$ parlays. maybe even lower.
