Do you ever think that there is a pen of about eight people sitting somewhere in the Bahama's who do the live chat for every book.
When you use this feature, it seems they all have the same level of incompetence. A few examples:
1. You wait and watch the "agent typing" message for two minutes and the response you finally receive is about five words
2. Whenever you ask about a withdrawal, their first answer is always, "you have not met the rollover requirements."
3. You then mention you have wagered over
$100k and the next canned response is "let me check."
4. If you really need help with any issue, they tell you to e-mail someone.
5. They now seem to be offline more and more...they must be close to a beach.
This is the time of year when many of us make withdrawals from our accts. Please share good and bad stories as this drives where I will be putting my $$$ next year.
