Keep us posted on the daily mass shootings in this country DJV because Gardenweasel thinks this is just one of the "warts" of a free society and Nelson thinks that if those 5 kids would've had guns of their own, they'd still be alive.

Nelson I agree to our right to have guns/riffles. But as some states have restrictions on mental proplems or fellons all states should.

U cant stop a sick person from killing someone, its sorta of frightening, but when someone has it in the mind to kill they will..by knife, car, gun, water, fire, or whatever the sick bastard could think of. Why should a felon or one with a hiccup in their lifetime be abonished from owning a gun? I think if a gun or a violent action was the reasoning of being a fellon then ok, but as I pointed in another thread, elluding on a motocycle or a good old brawl with no weapons could fetch someone a felony charge...it should be the right of EVERY citizen to own a gun, what you choose to do or not do it totally up to the individual, only way you will not have gun violence is to stop producing them as well as bullets altogether, some "criminal" or home owner will always have a weapon or protection as long as they are available...you could even get the job done with a "zip gun" as long as you have the bullet. I wish everyones life was less stressful, more productive and giving of a society that would lead to a more "joyous" and a happier society..that would cut violent crimes as well as crimes over all alot I offer.
