YTD : 15-7

Some here may remember that last year I made the total on this match up my MAC game of the year. This number is always set surprisingly low to me and seems that this match up always goes over the number.Tonight should be no exception.

Both teams love to play up tempo and the Zips will be hoisting 3's all night. The OU perimeter defense on paper seems suspect( hell, St. freaking Francis went 75% from beyond the Arc vs. the bobcats.) and the Zips are not known for their defense as well. All throughout the off season coach Dambrot stated that he was going to let these guys run the floor and have some fun and tonight should be a great time to turn the boys loose. Free throw percentage is of small concern, but I'm letting it fly tonight,

Akron/ OU over 143 (Cris) ten unit play for me,

it would appear that I went to the well too often. I had zero shot of cashing this ticket from the start. Both teams started slowly then J Wood tore up his knee for the Zips in the first half and I suspect that he might be done for the year, he's at the hospital right now and it does not look good. Both teams shot the ball poorly and the Bobcats did a good job of keeping the Zips from running out on them.

I dropped a dime on this play which is a huge bet for me. Back to the drawing board
