Ibaka no doubt is a huge diff for OKC vs SA matchup, however, remember, these are pros people and they make adjustments after one game and someone will step up for OKC, it won't be a cake walk for the Spurs, and both of these teams when they've played the last 3 years had key stars out, aka, Parker, Duncan, Westbrook, Perkins, Harden when he was with OKC, etc, so again, don't put too much stock into the rest of this series, it will probably go 6 or 7,
