going to be a quiet week with keith and the good sheriff dupnik both being on the sidelines in our political debate. can't wait to see the ed show on monday and what his take is on keith getting his walking papers. just saw the new lineup with cenk at 6, hardball at 7, o'donnell at 8, maddow at 9 and mr. ed the talking horse at 10. now what will that do for ratings?

Probably time for Keith to go anyways.. His tenure has run its coarse.. I know he was ultra liberal but in the realm of tv politics he is no worse than most on Fox.

Me I personally liked the guy. I think even though over the top his heart is in the right place.

he didn't have his heart in the right place when on the air he called scott brown an " irresponsible homophobic racist reactionary teabagger who supports violence against women and against politicians with whom he disagrees".

I don't know much about Scott Brown. Is he a irresponsible racist homophobe? Is he a teabagger? Does he support violence against women and politicians with whom he disagrees? I will have to look this up but he should not go on air and state these opinions if not true.

I think most political media pundits should be fired and start fresh..

Hannidy, Limbaugh, and Savage should be at the top of the list if you went by brain washing and political hatred.. Those guys ratings are good so you will never see it.

Wonder how the Olbermann firing will effect ratings for that time slot.

obviously the voters in a very liberal state did not think so or they would not have elected him to the kennedy seat. olberman said this on the air the night of the election as he venting his displeasure at the results. funny thing is since elected brown has gone against the republican leaders on some of the votes in the senate.

Pretty easy isnt it. Be a Right or Leftwing Nut job and get ratings and its all good. Be that same Nut Job and dont get ratings and your out. IMO anybody that watches either side of that crap loses all credibility when they try pinning it on the other side( see this forum for many examples:facepalm: ). I cant believe I am saying this but CNN has actually become the most Moderate Cable news we have. I guess I am just wierd though as I watch little to no tv news, most of mine comes from the Net where I can visit sites I feel have much less of an agenda.
