Olympic has now gone to seconds when time stamping their horse wagers.
Are there any sites which post seconds when posting the time a race goes off?
At Woodbine today I had a winner time stamped 2:24:40. The race went off at 2:26.
Olympic states you must post 2 minutes before post. Does that mean 2+ minutes.
race goes off at 2:26:50. Is it honoured.
DRF and Equibase don't go to seconds. Where are they getting their information from?

They have been known to grade horse wagers wrong more than any other sport at Olympic. But they have always fixed there error with me. Dont know whose grading there horse wagers but i find him or her a little inexperienced in the horse racing dept..
