Promotional/Bonus Rules
Unless otherwise specified, maximum bonus amount is $1000 USD per promotional period per person.
Promotional credits/bonuses can be used for wagering purposes only. Promotional bonuses have no cash value until four times the original amount deposited has been placed on wagers. ie. $500 deposited = 10% signup bonus = $50 bonus. The $50 cannot be withdrawn until $2000 has been placed in wagers. If a withdrawal request is made that takes the balance below the original amount deposited plus the bonus ($550), before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus ($50) will be forfeited and withdrawn from the account before the withdrawal request is honored.
During promotional periods, accounts are only eligible for bonuses if no withdrawal has been made within the previous 30 days.
If a withdrawal has been made in the previous 30 days, subsequent deposit amounts must cover withdrawals before qualification for bonuses would apply. Overall loss amounts (subsequent to withdrawals) can also be used to cover withdrawals.
Bonus amounts must be claimed by either phone or email during the promotional period.
Management reserves the right to make final decision regarding bonuses. Valid identification may be required to claim bonuses in order to prevent abuse.
