Olympic phone line down?

Since 8:00 am eastern time i'm trying to call either the account dept or the customer service and no one answer....:shrug: Are they close today?

Yup.. i've been trying all them and got only busy signals like if the line was dead....

Reached them by email and all lines to Canada are down... will take a few days....
