I have had 2 bets that were winners vanish. I got in the bad habit of not writing or printing confirmation numbers, naturally they both won and there are no records on their end...no big deal, about a hundred bux.
Call it my laziness, but the bets were placed and confirmed
I called and inquired and was basically nicely told "too bad".
Upon reviewing my account, I find I was credited with a winner on a game I did not bet about 2 weeks ago.
When I called back to inquire further, "Damon" (the goober that told me tuff on my 2 vanished bets)
was not available....
I explain to "Roberto" that I received free money and guess what..."Damon" calls a minute later...
He asks me which bet was credited to me...I said "You figure it out, why in Hell would I tell you after the BS I got on my problem" and hung up....
ALWAYS keep your bet confirmation info...
