Tenn St. Line movement is showing PSU backing and power #`s have PSU by 8. GO LIONS...PITTSBURGH +8 1/2...Line has dropped from 11. Should be half court battle between two good defensive teams. Both have solid backcourts. Pitt may be stronger down low. Value City arena not real intimidating, and Louisville provided nice blueprint sat. on how to beat OSU.
