Having been in [semi] sunny California for 12 days, and hardly seeing any TV, I will be watching the finals closely. The Sabres blew a cance to get into the finals against Mario and company, so I don't really care who wins. My gut says that NJD are a bit over-rated, and that AVS are every bit as good. The extra day of rest will have done them good, having had to play tough series to get here.
I have played [at the Australian Book]:
Game 1....AVS +1.5 at home vs. NJD. It is a failrly heavy price, but I feel the AVS play well at home, and have a great chance to win every game at home, or at least put the game into over time.
[this +/- 1.5 is the only bet offered at SportOdds. I played this several times on various teams during the prelims and was 8-2].
