NL to record more strikeouts (pitching) -200

This price is pretty steep and getting steeper (I got it at -185) but does anyone see this not happening?

Here's the breakdown of each roster's Ks and Ks/9 IP

NL Ks Ks/9 IP
Gagne 86 15
Wood 156 11.1
Wagner 64 11.1
Prior 150 10.5
Smoltz 54 10.3
Schmidt 139 9.4
Benitez 50 9.1
Willis 79 8.64
Wolf 106 8.0
W. Williams 87 5.8
Ortiz 79 5.54
M. Williams 19 4.71

AL
Donnelly 56 10.5
Foulke 53 9.67
Clemens 128 9.2
Guardado 32 8.0
Loaiza 106 7.3
MacDougal 32 6.9
Halladay 115 6.8
Moyer 81 6.0
Sabathia 78 6.0
Carter 30 5.8
Mulder 84 5.4
Hasegawa 21 4.05

So the NL has 4 pitchers that have more Ks/9 IP than the top pitcher in the AL. And 9 of the 12 NL pitchers have more Ks/9 IP than all but 3 AL pitchers. Granted, the NL strikeouts get a little inflated because a pitcher is often an easy strikeout victim, but still. You look at the top 4 guys from the AL side and you know that only Clemens has even the possibility of going more than 1 inning, and then there's nobody except Loaiza that you would think could strike people out. On the other hand, Wood and Prior both play for Dusty, so you know he's gonna try to get them in the game and they may have a chance to pitch more than 1 inning. Also, you gotta believe he'll get Gagne in if he can.

The other great part about this prop is that you're not even saying that these pitchers are going to pitch well; just that when they do record an out it will be via the strikeout.

Next to consider, which roster has more strikeout prone hitters? Once again, it's clearly the AL.

5 of the AL starters are in the top 40 in all of MLB in strikeouts

Delgado (11th) 82Ks
Giambi (12th) 80Ks
A Rod (14th) 78Ks
Soriano (18th) 76Ks
Glaus (33rd) 68Ks

Only Edmonds cracks the top 40 from the NL side, (24th) with 73 Ks. Note Geoff Jenkins has 95Ks and Preston Wilson has 85Ks but neither are starters and thus are unlikely to get more than 1 at bat.

Anyways, it seems like both sides point to the NL recording more pitching strikeouts. Steep price but I'll bite and hope Woody and Mike Williams don't pitch a whole lot.
