Texas -123 over Philly:
Not only is Tejeda making his first major league start for the Phillies, but he's also not had full rest. He pitched in relief on Saturday throwing a couple innings. Even Charlie Manuel isn't expecting much from Tejeda only asking the kid to go 5 innings. So the Phillies bullpen will have to play a big part in just about half the game. And well...the Phils bullpen hasn't been stellar to say the least. It was a tough loss for the Strangers last night, and I look for them to bounce back in the game today.
