I have not played online for over a year but am friends with many that do

The ones I see and hear about the most are foxpoker and global poker

Americas Card Room has been having server problems for months and crashes in the middle of tournaments ... probably still the biggest one for Americans

There are some States that is actually legal and I know Vegas, NJ and PA are for Poker Stars and WSOP.com

Since no sports for at least a month, will probably post some up soon

If Bitcoin is only real way, can I use my coinbase for in and out transactions?

You can do that but if coinbase finds out that you are sending to a poker site or sports book they will ban you from making any more transactions. It's unlikely they find out but if you make a lot of transactions they will.

It's best to get a different wallet to send to from coinbase and then send to the poker room from that wallet. Blockchain.com is the one I use.
