Round 1 plays (2pts):

Kiradech Aphibarnrat to beat Julien Quesne -105 @ 5Dimes
Quesne may be the home player, but he doesn't have a good record on this event - he has missed the cut in five of six attempts at Le Golf National and hasn't yet finished ahead of Aphibarnrat here. With Aphibarnat in very good form - 10th and 4th in his last two starts - he holds a clear advantage in this matchup.

Scott Jamieson to beat Anirban Lahiri -110 @ 5Dimes
Another matchup with very different forms. Lahiri has missed the cut in three of his last four starts, failing to break par in any round, and going further back to March, his best finish in a strokeplay event is 44th. Making his debut on this course, I would not expect a particularly good week from Lahiri given that form. Jamieson finished in the top-20 here last year and has finished 31st or better in four of his last five starts.

Round 3 plays (2pts):

Martin Kaymer to beat Tyrrell Hatton -159 @ Pinnacle [available generally]
A winner here in 2009 and with six top-15 finishes in eight previous visits, this is clearly a course that suits Kaymer and he has continued that run this week: he heads into the weekend at the top of the leaderboard alongside Cabrera-Bello and Dubuisson. He is 6-for-10 when leading after 36 holes and should be far too good for Hatton in this matchup.

Anthony Wall to beat Alessandro Tadini -125 @ Stan James [available generally]
I expected much shorter odds on Wall in this matchup. He holds a 6-1-0 h2h lead against the Italian in 2015 and 20-3-0 h2h lead against him since 2010, so there really is little needed to add for this selection.

Mikko Korhonen to beat Felipe Aguilar +101 @ Pinnacle [available generally]
Surprised to see Korhonen as the underdog in this matchup. He has two top-15 finishes in his last three starts; Aguilar doesn't have a top-50 finish in his last three. In terms of this week, Aguilar ranks 56th in greens in regulation, whereas Korhonen ranks 4th. The Finn may be shot back in 12th place, but he is clearly playing better than his Spanish opponent.

[unofficial rd3 system play: Bland tb Weber -135]
