Opinions needed

I am trying to put together a baseball betting system and would like as many opinions as possible about which teams improved themselves from last season an which ones should be worse this year. A note as to whether the improvement or decline is due to pitching or hittling would also be helpful.

I'm a reds fan but would have to say they declined from last year when they won almost half their games. I went to the 3 games in Cincy last weekend and bet the reds each game just because I always want action on any game I attend. The Reds were aweful. In one game they game up 13 runs in one inning and 7 of the runs were from walks. The reds promised to have a competitive team this year because they have a new ballpark but they stink. The bench is absolutely terrible (i.e. no depth for injuries to Griffey and Larkin) and the starting pitching is also terrible (bet the over in reds games). I hope they turn it around but I don't see that happening. They do have two young power hitting outfielders (Kearns and Dunn) that look good but thats about it.
