Opinions on the Rams minus 20.5?????

My book has this prop for +200. . . I'm thinking there's some value here. . . but obviously I won't bet it huge.

Doubt I'll bet this game very significantly. . . I want to forget about this weekend instead of chasing after my small but frustrating losses.

I posted my feelings a little earlier. Think the Rams will blow by the Detroit. I know it's at home, I know it's Monday night. But it's still a football game. The Rams have the extra emotion and motivation because of all the dogs upsetting supposed sure winners. Detroit's secondary is all banged up. Rams receivers will be feasting on them. Rams defense also still wants to prove they are no fluke. Rams just to strong for the Lions, who have no chemistry. Maybe I'm crazy for playing so many heavy favorties, but this looks good. And if you have a proposition bet going and you were only going to play low, why not give it a whirl...it will be worth it.

Bear, for what it's worth, on the money line 7 points is usually worth +250.

If I was going to lay 13' at 11/10, I might take a shot at the 2/1 for the extra 7, just for the hell of it.

Just seems to me that EVERYONE thinks this game will be a blowout. . . sometimes they are right! Obvioulsy I'd lose more than I win thinking this way.

One problem is that I see Detroit running the football most of the game. . . almost seems (of course they would never admit this, but) that the Lions want to keep the game close instead of going for the win.

Beardown- It seems like either the Rams will win by 4 touches or 5! I got a big play on the same prop..That may not be a good thing if you want to bet it with my luck in the NFL!

Not at all bgold. . . glad to know that somebody else is thinking along the same lines that I am.

To be honest, I like Detroit here. . . but there is some value in taking the Rams in the given prop.

Trying to figure out if I could middle this somehow which would be VERY risky for obvious reasons! However, I absolutely love the Canes (college) for next weekend. . .

This is an excellent prop as well. . . especially if the Rams get up early and wish to waste a lot of clock in the 2nd half.
