I'm in decent position, got a little over 4k in parlays all covered except orlando +2.5. Total risk of parlays is only 250 ish.

Anyone have a feel for 1h.

I don't care about hedge/don't hedge debate. I rarely do, but something about tonight stinks. I know I'm on the books side. Not necessarily the getting paid side, but usually better to be on books side. I like the other game favor covered easily 1 fav/1 dog scenario plays out nicely.

Just want opinions from anyone who's watched this series what the 1h might play out like. Ideally I'd like orlando up 8 - 10 at the break and decide then. Worst scenario Boston up 5 + at break, then I'm stuck.

Haven't watched 1 minute of series, just curious how 1h's have been going......Not just box score....

thanks,

fwiw,

I've lost A LOT of money betting Boston for the first quarter at home all season as well as first half. They are the best 2h team in the league (with Garnett) and not really sure how the series has gone but just thought I'd mention it.

I really like them to step it up hard for the f/h tonight and if Orlando shoots the ball the way they did to start in game 6--Celts fq, especially only needeing to cover -1 is a good bet imo...the corwd may be the difference early on...

good luck BDB

I have a Series bet on Orlando but think they would have needed to win the series by now. It usually seems when a team blows all the chances they have had they lose in the end.

I would think it is unlikely Boston will be winning at Halftime and choke. If Orlando wins it seems like they would have to open up a big lead.

I think the game will finish close to the spread either way. If the Celtics get down they will realize all of the sudden they can get fast break baskets. If Orlando gets down Boston will stop scoring, unless the lead is 15 or more then Orlando might give up.

So halftime should generate a good spot for a hedge. If Orlando is up big at Halftime and I had a large bet on on them I would place a pretty big bet on Boston. If Boston is up small I would maybe place a small bet on them to cover a little to hedge my bet. If Boston is up big it might already be over.

Good Luck
