I'm sure some of it is good, but I wouldn't even know what I was ordering based on some of the things on that menu:lol:I've had a few "whipped lardos", but didnt pick them up at places this nice:facepalm:

I love whipped Lardos..... nice piece of toasted bread..... cold beer.... extra sprinkle of smoke sea salt depending on the whip.... yup... delicious

They do that in Vegas now too. Fine print that most don't notice and they will take it off if you ask. :mj07:
