Toronto vs Washington

Toronto vs Washington

Mostly I?m taking the numbers out for this one and did some pasting for the rest
I will do the thinking later.
If it can help anyone I?m posting some of this stuff.

At first glance I have a system play on the over in this one (73%)
But I didn?t use this system play this year.
(been using it second half of the season for the past two years.)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Toronto away 2.73 2.78
Washington home 3.5 2.72

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Toronto road dog 2.83 2.50
Washington home fav 3.47 2.29

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

LAST 5
Toronto 3.2 2.00
Washington 3.00 3.60

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wash In 70% of their home game they are scoring 3 or more goals.
Toronto is playing for 25% when allowing 3 goals or more on the road.

Wash In 65% of their home game they are allowing 2 goals or less
AND
Wash In 82% of their home game they are allowing 3 goals or less And they are winning 78% of those games

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
PASTING OF INTEREST:
Washington Capitals Coach Ron Wilson said yesterday that he expects offensive stars Peter Bondra and Jaromir Jagr to play tonight.

The Washington Capitals made some moves earlier this week. Trying to address their problems with speed and defense, they brought in three new players who helped greatly in the team's 6-3 victory over Columbus Wednesday. 3 goals against Colombus and they have solved their problem?

Among Eastern Conference teams, only Ottawa (139) has scored more goals than Toronto?s total of 133. Locked in a tight divisional race, the Toronto Maple Leafs look to move back into first place when they visit the Washington Capitals on Friday

The Capitals? power play is still the NHL?s second best at 21.4 percent. Washington?s penalty killing unit now ranks 21st in the league with a kill rate of 82.6 percent.

The Capitals are also one of the better offensive teams in the league with 128 goals, but have yielded 140. The Capitals? shorthanded unit has been stellar of late, killing off 56 of its last 62 (90.3 percent) man-disadvantage situations. Jaromir Jagr and Adam Oates have a seven-game points streaks.
Washington?s Adam Oates is on a seven game point streak.
Kolzig ranks first in the league in goals against with 109 and he has had a poor season, with a goals-against average of 3.00 but he is 4-1 ATS in last 5

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The over is 5-2-1 in the Leafs last eight overall.
TOR is 2-4 ATS in their last six on the road.
WAS is 1-3 ATS in their last four games overall.
The Caps are 12-6-4 ATS at home this season.
WAS is 6-1 ATS at home following a win.
