Each of the top three seeds is favored by 11. Shouldn't #1 be favored by more than #2 and #3? Seems logical.

#1 Tennessee Martin has defeated Tennessee Tech by nine in both meetings. Maybe that's keeping the line to 11 points. It seems like you're getting a deal relative to the lines on the other tourney games.

Horizon League lines are incremental, except for #7 UIC favored over #6 YSU. Why not OVC?

The OVC lines are the way they are for a reason. Certain teams just match up more favorably against certain other teams. Just because a team is seeded #1, #2, or #3 means very very little
