The first time I watched, I couldn't believe my eyes. My first impression was that the show was completely moronic, but I ended watching again and again and again. Last show aired this week and I found myself laughing my -ss off. He's toasted not just 1 to many I'd have to say he's had way to many :weed: :weed: :drinky: :drinky:

The kids are getting paid 2 million each. (2million) someones watching!

i'll tell you, guys, i feel a little like i don't want to watch Ozzie in that kind of shape. i mean it seems like he's gone way downhill from just a couple years ago -- walking with that cane because of some leg injury, shaking like a leaf.

and i am suspicious of the wife; don't know if i like her.

so my vote is to turn the tv off and put 'vol 4' in the cd player.

The wife Sharon feeds him his meds everyday,?and pushes him to perform ?he's coming to Camden neighbor city of mine in July for OZ fest my 15 year old has tickets. I feel a little bad but the kids are getting paid 2 mill anyone know what OZZY'S cut is ????He doesn't even have to leave his home. Yes he is close to completely retarded but that was his choice over the years. He's got the shakes for a reason!!!!!

They ran Ozzy's Behind the Music the other night. Good shit. One of the more interesting revelations was the fact that very few people would eat Ozzy and Sharon's wedding cake - he had them put 7 bottles of Courvoisier in the cake mix. Epic.

I've started turning on the Closed Captioning when watching that show.

What's funny is when the CC reports repeatedly:
OZZY: (undistinguishable).

Even they don't know what he's saying. :)

I have seen Ozzy in concert before on the "No More Tours" tour, and he of course rocked. My question is, now, after seeing this show, what in the heck is wrong with him?? Does he have Parkinson's disease, or Alzheimer's, or something else?? He walks around like a 90 year old! Anybody know? BTW, I thought the show was stupid.

I think the show is a hoot, his kids are getting 2 million each for each season, so just imagine how much the adults are getting. Not to mention a house in BH, more than likely gratis. He may sound like a bumbling idiot, but it seems he cut a SWEET deal with the MTV thing. It's all about the money folks........

ths show kills me, which is exactly what one would expect if you knew me. His irrepressable humor overshadow his shakes and blank stare which I am sure come from the same abuses that I have enjoyed through the years just maybe a bit more excessive. Kids are freaks but, so is Bluemound........

Hate to admit it, but I lOVED the damn thing. Thought it was hilarious, and I'm glad they signed up for a 2nd season. The money they're getting is insane, but MTV reported it's been their most popular series since they 1st aired 21 yrs. ago. Tells ya a lot about the society we're livin'in, huh?

For those who haven't tried it, I'd suggest using your CC option on your TV. Makes the show much more enjoyable. & BTW,...65, down in your neck of the woods this afternoon gettin' some eats at Raffertys. Hostess scenery was very very very nice..

It's not a decline of society, it's the enhancement of society. Osbourne family actually communicate with each other, unlike a lot of families out there that don't even express themselves to each other. I wish Ozzy and his wife was my parents. ha ha h aaa

I'm glad the show has been airing! It could possibly be used as one of the largest Anti-drug campaigns ever. You know when you were in school and the Police Officers would come and talk to you at school, or somebody from the jail would come and speak to the kids and say "don't do drugs or you will end up in jail"! Well now all that they have to do is Show old reruns of the Ozzy show! "look kids if you do drugs this is how you will end up!

Scary:eek:

What are you.....stoned?

I've seen the show, and take it for what it is: Comedy.

As for communication, I guess if all four people in the family are fighting and saying "Fuhk you!" to each other is how you choose to communicate, you are right. Otherwise, they are another disfunctional clan with more dollars than sense!

As for what they are making, I think you guys have it all wrong. They signed a new two year deal for $20m, but the original contract was for $200,000 for this season. So, the "kids", will see some big bucks in the next couple of seasons, but not just yet. (By the way......wouldn't you love to be the eldest daughter, who was embarrassed by this stunt, and moved out before the filming? I wonder if she will have a change of heart for the next 24 months? $$$$$$$)

I think MTV is bad for America, the success of this show is a commentary of the X generation and the lack of good parenting in America. If America is to stay great, this cant continue. God will not be mocked and you can count on that;)

cast of successfull shows often on the networks get 500,000- 1 million per episode. Friends I believe are getting 1 million each/per show. the producer of the show said there is no profits until it goes into syndication. comedies do the best in syndication.

only saw one show thought it was garbage.

thanks

I wouldn't waste my time watching this garbage. The head of this family is a burnt out,wasted,"rock-star"who I think ate the head of a bat.It just goes to show you how desperate the TV executives to make a buck. They have stooped to new lows. But I have to admit am not a fan of these reality shows.Think it is a waste of time watching them.

I haven't seen the show so I don't know if it is garbage. But the show is about a burnt out rock star & his family. That concept doesn't interest me.
Since you asked, some of the shows that I watch are:
NYPD Blue
Law & Order
Whose Line Is It Anyway?
The O"Reilly Factor
The Practice
Sopranos
Sex In The City
Sometimes watch Frazier,CSI

That's about it.
