Uab travels to Southern Miss to try to win for the second time in a row against the Golden eagles. Coach Larry Fedora still smarts from last years loss to Uab. They were banged up after losing to Kansas the week before, but he felt Uab simply wanted the win more and his kids were flat which he simply can't get past. It won't happen this time his boys have his attention this week with revenge a factor here. Couple that with Southern Miss losing there HomeComing game to ECU he Larry the hat feels like he owes the Home Crowd and UAB something.
I look for Southern miss who is great against the run to try to smack Uab in the mouth early and often who may be a little flat after their tough loss to a hard hitting Miss State team. Uab does give up 375 yards a game and Southern Miss will be able to get their customary 400 yards in this tilt. Taking the Golden Eagles -9.5
