Packers at Lions

Can someone tell me why the Packers won?t pummel the Lions? I mean the spot is 7.5 to 8. I expect the Lions to score some but can they stop the Packers? Reminds me of Turkey day all over. I?m not pulling the trigger, lions will have to score 31 for Chance to cover.

38-17 pack and then they give up 2 late TDs to win 38-31 screwing packer backers?

I might be wrong, but most games it appears that the Packers play much better in the first half.

I know they kicked Detroit in the second half, but most of the time, they seem to come out flat.
